Your purchase provides you with contractual rights related to participation in the resale process, including the right to receive:
72% of proceeds from a successful resale transaction

- Buyer outreach
- Buyer communication
- Negotiation management
- Transaction coordination
A successful resale transaction occurs when a buyer completes payment and the domain transfer process is completed.
For these Terms:
"Softbrite" means the company providing premium domain resale services through the Softbrite.com platform.
"Customer" means the individual or business using Softbrite services.
"Domain" means a premium domain opportunity offered through Softbrite.
"Purchase" means the customer's payment to participate in the managed resale process associated with a selected domain.
"Successful Sale" means a completed transaction where a final buyer purchases the domain and payment has been received.
"Sale Proceeds" means the total amount received from the completed resale transaction.
"Service Fee" means Softbrite's 28% share of completed resale proceeds.
A purchase through Softbrite does not constitute a transfer of registrar ownership of the domain to the customer.
Instead, the customer receives contractual rights related to participation in the resale process, including entitlement to receive 72% of proceeds from a successful resale transaction.
Softbrite manages the domain throughout the resale process, including preparation, positioning, marketing, buyer communication, negotiation, and transaction coordination.
If a successful sale occurs, the domain is transferred to the final buyer through the appropriate domain transfer process.
Softbrite will make reasonable efforts to professionally manage the resale process.

The service fee is deducted from completed sale proceeds before customer payment is released.
When buyer interest is received:
- Softbrite communicates with potential buyers.
- Softbrite manages inquiries and negotiations.
- Offers are evaluated based on market conditions and buyer interest.
- If a transaction proceeds, transfer procedures begin.
- Customer proceeds are calculated according to the agreed revenue share.
Softbrite may provide updates regarding meaningful activity during the resale process.
Following a successful sale:
- Buyer payment must be received and confirmed.
- Transfer requirements must be completed.
- Customer proceeds are calculated based on the 72% share.
- Payment is issued through available payout methods.
Softbrite may require identity or compliance verification before releasing funds.
Customers are responsible for any tax obligations resulting from payments received through successful resale transactions.
Softbrite may deduct or withhold amounts where required by applicable law.
Customers should seek independent tax advice regarding their circumstances.
Customers may request account closure.
Closing an account does not automatically terminate obligations related to:
- Completed purchases
- Active resale arrangements
- Pending transactions
- Outstanding payments
Softbrite may suspend or terminate accounts where:

- These Terms are violated.
- Platform misuse occurs.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.
